Refund  and  Return  Policy

Due to the nature of the business with sealed products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of minds, sale and pre-order items.

 

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit in the event that the goods are faulty, have been incorrectly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.

 

All refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon receiving the returned items are returned within 14 days of purchase, in original and has not been tampered or altered. We do not refund the original delivery charges and/or the return delivery charge.

 

If the returned items do not satisfy our returns criteria, they will be posted back to you and no refund will be given, we hold no responsibility if items are lost during transit.
